To program the 2532, the PGM input is pulsed low for each address to be
programmed. This is equivalent to the /E on the 2732A which is pulsed low
during programming. So, to program a 2532 on a 2732A programmer,
cross the following pins:
2532 pin to 2732A pin
18 21 (A11)
20 18 (pgm pulse low pin, low for read)
21 20 (Vpp prog voltage input)
