Hello Vinod,
This chip is 16K otp/eprom version of NEC's microcontroller uPD7811.This
IC also has 256 bytes of ram, 3 external interrupts, 8 internal
interuupts, two 8 bit counters, One 16 bit counter, One 8 bit analog
port, five 8 bits i/o ports
